Moderator Responsibilities are typically awarded only to Official or Senior Members. The responsibilities of a moderator are simple, but imperative to the success of the board. The demands of your webmaster�s schedule mean that she can�t be here to keep watch over the board every day, and so, she has appointed the most trusted members of the ARWZ community to keep watch over the discussion forums and workshop.
The moderator responsibilities for the discussion forums are as follows:
1. Keep an eye over forum topics by participating in discussions. Try to calm any conflicts before they erupt.
2. Watch out for emails, private messages or posted topics from members alerting you to potential conflicts on the board.
3. If an argument gets out of hand, promptly move the topic to the Pending Posts forum and close it.
4. Inform the webmaster by email ([email protected]) of any topics that had to be moved into the Pending Posts forum. The webmaster will decide what to prune and if any of the topic can be salvaged.
The moderator responsibilities for the workshop forums are as follows:
2. Review the Submissions forum regularly. Move submissions into the Workshop Forum if they meet all submission guidelines, especially completion of required critiques.
