Oh I'm sorry you didn't like Kafka's "The Trial" -- I love that story. In fact, I love all Kafka's work. Maybe you should try his "Metamorphosis" -- you might like it better!! |

If I could read Kafka in his original German or Czech, it may be better. But I've read his stuff in English and found it nondescript.
It's one of those things, I guess.

Vandermeer's list is one of the better ones I have seen on the web , he just failed to include himself - he is a terrific author.

Interesting list. I've only read one book on that Top 60 list and honestly have only heard of three others. |

Have you tried checking the box when you log in that says "Log me in every time I visit" or somthing to that effect? It works quite well for me. The login utility is a little buggy. I don't know why, but it sometimes takes two tries to log in. _________________ Violet "Violanthe" Kane
